These terms govern your use of Tier Credit Ledger (“the App”), operated by Tal Tukh (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to these terms.
1. What the App does
The App converts Star Alliance flight segments you enter into estimated status-credit figures for Miles & More, Aegean Miles+Bonus and United MileagePlus.
2. Estimates, not guarantees
Credit calculations are based on publicly available earning tables as of September 2026. Airlines may change accrual rules at any time without notice. The numbers shown are estimates only — we do not guarantee their accuracy and you should verify important figures with the relevant airline programme directly.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google credentials secure. Each account’s data is isolated via database-level security policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another user’s data.
- Interfere with the App’s infrastructure or security controls.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The App’s source code, design and content are owned by us. Airline programme names, logos and earning rules belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for informational purposes only.
6. Availability
The App is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice. The underlying database may pause after extended inactivity and require manual restoration.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate credit estimates, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
