Privacy Policy

Tier Credit Ledger (“the App”) is a personal tool that converts Star Alliance flight segments into status-credit estimates for Miles & More, Aegean Miles+Bonus and United MileagePlus. It is operated by Tal Tukh (“we”, “us”).
1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive and store:
- Your name and email address (from your Google profile).
- A unique user identifier issued by our authentication provider (Supabase).
When you use the App we also store:
- The trip and flight-segment data you enter (airports, airlines, booking classes, fares, dates).
- Your display preferences (selected programme, Aegean ruleset, target tier).
We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, browsing history, or any data beyond what is listed above.
2. How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your data separate from other users.
- To calculate and display your tier-credit progress.
- To persist your trips and settings so they are available when you return.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the App for you.
3. Where it is stored
Data is stored in a Supabase hosted PostgreSQL database. Row-level security policies ensure that each user can access only their own rows. The App is served by Vercel.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only if required by law.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. To delete all your data, contact us at taltukh@gmail.com and we will remove your account and all associated records.
6. Cookies
The App uses only essential authentication cookies set by Supabase to maintain your signed-in session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
